The team at DIBeratung (DIB) believes that exchange, trusting relationships and knowledge about oneself and one’s counterpart ensure success and lead to a better world. With this conviction, DIBeratung empowers foreign experts and executives and companies in Germany to be sustainably successful together.

To this end, DIBeratung has been offering results-oriented training, reliable services and independent consulting for 15 years to bring people, groups and companies together with a holistic approach and make them fit for the future.

To date, DIBeratung’s seminars, trainings and lectures have been attended by more than 1650 people from almost all economic sectors and all industries. More than 420 people have taken part in DIB’s market exploration and delegation trips as well as organised and supervised business trips.

DIB’s clients include individuals and companies from the German and foreign private sector as well as German authorities and organisations.

DIBeratung works for all sectors, with particularly good relationships with companies in the renewable energy (especially wind energy), hydrogen economy, sustainable agriculture, automotive and chemical-pharmaceutical sectors. In addition, DIBeratung is strongly networked with German and foreign authorities and institutions, as well as professional associations.

Since 2019, DIBeratung has been conducting seminars as part of the „Partnering in Business with Germany“ (formerly Manager Training Programme), an instrument of the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action (BMWK) to promote foreign trade, which the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH has been commissioned to implement on behalf of the BMWK.
DIBeratung was recognized as a Training Center of „Partnering in Business with Germany“ (PG) in 2021.
